	Carrier Round Tables
		Each year, ten randomly selected Carriers become part of NLM’s Carrier Round Table. We partner with Carriers for new technology development and testing.
	Training
		NLM instructs Carrier staff on the use of NLM’s on-line tools. Held at NLM or at the Carrier’s facility, dispatchers are educated in the operation of NLM’s systems. Learn to maintain compliance and new ways of reducing operational time and resources.
	Annual Carrier Appreciation Event
		To show our appreciation for outstanding work and the continued partnership of our Carriers, NLM will begin holding an annual event to recognize these Carriers. This celebration of Partnership kicks off in 2004.
